This card was only available for a short period at Pirates Party Vol.1 events. These were casual play events held at official One Piece Card Game stores and local gaming stores from December 2022 to February 2023.
The events weren’t bookable through Bandai TCG+, stores chose how the events were run. Participants were given one P-024 card in a see-through plastic pack for attending. Demo Decks were available at most stores to teach people how to play, and there were no winner prizes.
The official site states “New prizes available every 3 months!” and suggest there will be more Pirates Party volumes and events to introduce new players, with participation card.
