A starter deck featuring a large number of “Navy” character cards! Manipulate your opponent’s costs, utilize the effects of Leader cards, and steer the battle to your favor!

Released as part of a set of six decks ST-15 to 20, which contain reprints and are aimed at being playable and powerful ready-to-go decks. Each deck also includes a PRB-01 booster pack.

It contains 5 new cards exclusive to ST-19, some at 2 copies, some at 4 copies – so you’ll need two starter decks for a full playset of each. The Leader card is a new alternate art version of the original.

The rest of the cards are reprints from previous sets that work well with the theme of the deck. The deck is definitely worth picking up as it contains older staples that can be used in other decks, as well as a reprint of a good promo.
